Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Time

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please tell us at least 2 hours before the time. This helps us manage our technicians' schedules.

2. Visiting Fees

No fee is charged if you cancel before the technician leaves our center. If the technician reaches your home and you then cancel, a small visiting charge will apply.

3. Independent Status

We are a private repair center. We provide repairs for machines that are no longer in their company warranty. We may refuse service if your machine is still under official brand warranty.
